Everyone will see the majesty of God.

Isaiah 40:5 View context

And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see [it] together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken [it].

The wicked will not see the majesty of God.

Isaiah 26:10 View context

Let favour be shewed to the wicked, [yet] will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the LORD.
